This subpackage design adopts one 2 MT bridge crane elevating system to connect with one manual PP woven bag bagging sealing system. It could support the users to realize a maximum production capacity of 15 ~ 18 Tons per Hour with one worker to operate. The bridge crane elevating machine adopts hand switch control with better safety assurance. The connection hoper has designed a 1.5 cubic meters volume to hold the material released from the jumbo bag.

This subpackage design adopts a 3 MT bridge crane elevating system to connect with two sets of manual PP woven bag bagging sealing systems. It could elevate the jumbo bags from both sides to meet the connection with two packaging hoppers. Each side of the crane bridge system has a hand switch to control the jumbo bag elevating process. This solution could support the users to realize a maximum production capacity of 30 ~ 36 Tons per Hour with two workers to operate.

Typical Advantages of the Jumbo Bag Packaging Solutions

This jumbo bag subpackage solution is mostly applied in fertilizer factories that stock raw materials in jumbo bags and repackage them into PP woven bags before delivery. There are two solution designs for the users to choose from to meet their target production capacity. The manual bagging sealing system is customized to each user’s production needs. We could design a 1 ~ 10 kg double hopper weighing machine with heat sealer for the plastic bags, a 10 ~ 25 kg double hopper weighing machine with stitching sealer for the PP woven bag, or a 25 ~ 50 kg servo control weighing machine with a sewing system for PP woven sacks.

The jumbo bag packaging solutions adopt strengthened coated carbon steel for the main machine frame parts and the material contacting parts use the SUS304 stainless steel. The operation adopts simple instruments with switch buttons to facilitate the workers in daily production. The stitching sealing system is customized with a chain guider which only requires the manual to arrange the bag mouth part and send it into the chain part and the machine shall accomplish the stitching process automatically. It is much safer compared with the traditional sewing machine that requires the manual to send the bag mouth parts into the needling part.
