The model ML-F3 multi-track high-speed powder sachet packing machine unit is designed for packaging non-free flow powder products into the 3-side seal sachets automatically. It adopts an advanced design and can connect with the screw-type elevator or vacuum elevator to realize the material elevating process. The standard machine unit shall realize the function of powder dosing, film pulling, date printing, film splitting, material filling, heat-sealing, and finished product output. This powder sachet packaging machine solution is widely applied in powder material markets like milk powder, coffee powder, soybean powder, protein powder, energy drinks, nutritional products, additives, etc.

This 3-side seal sachet packaging machine solution is fully customized to the client’s requirements. It could design a maximum of 10 lanes for production and each lane could perform a stable running speed of 25 – 40 cuts per minute as per sachet patterns and material features. There are different kinds of sealing and cutting patterns for options: straight cut, zigzag cut, round corner cut, connected cut, strip seal, and diamond seal. Each filling tunnel shall adopt the servo-controlled long auger screw doser independently with high measuring accuracy. This powder sachet packaging machine unit is applicable for dosing powder products and sealing in the form of the 3-side sealed sachet, including the sachet forming, product dosing, filling, and sachet sealing processes, with single cutting or string sachet cutting functions. It shall pull the laminate film to the film-splitting devices, and the film split into specific lanes, then go through the sealing mould to seal the longitudinal side and first horizontal side. Meanwhile, the dosing device doses the product into the sachet through the open side and then does the last side sealing and cutting off.

It adopts the servo motor-controlled auger dosing system with high dosing accuracy and filling speed. The PLC control and the HMI display system all adopt the German Siemens Brand. The digital temperature control uses the Japan Omron brand and the gear adopts the Germany IBC brand with a longer shelf time. The standard operation interface shall use CH / EN double language and customized language interface could be customized. The whole machine frame and the material contacting parts all adopt the food-level stainless steel to meet the international market needs.

The screw-type elevator or the vacuum elevator could be chosen to connect with the vertical sachet-filling machine to realize the automatic elevating process.
