4-SIDE SEAL SACHET

The automatic 4-side seal sachet multi-track packaging machine solution is a premium high-speed packing method to produce the 4-side seal sachets. It could connect with different types of elevating and measuring equipment to pack powder, liquid, or granule products. The sachet sealing and cutting patterns could be customized as per production needs. Generally, the sachet packaging machine could design a maximum of 10 tracks for production with a stable running speed of 25 – 40 cuts per minute as per material features and sachet patterns. This kind of packaging solution has been widely applied in different markets like food, additives, instant drinks, cosmetics, daily care, medicine, health care, etc. to improve the production capacity effectively.

The standard multi-track sachet packaging machine solution is composed of a dosing filling system and a multi-lane sachet vertical form fill seal system. The whole machine frame and the material contacting parts are made of SS304 stainless steel which meets food sanitary production needs well. The machine stands are equipped the universal wheels for easy movement adjustment. The wires and air tubes are arranged and grouped well for easy maintenance and better appearance. The transparent Lexon board safety door system allows the user to check the mechanical movement inside the machine.

The smart dosing filling system is customized to the client’s exact product features. The touch screen and PLC control use the Germany Siemens brand, the temperature control and the relay use the Japan Omron brand, and the gear adopts the Germany IBC brand with a longer shelf time. The standard HMI interface shall input the CH / EN double language interface and customized operation language could be customized. There are different types of elevating devices for the users to choose from directly to form a whole packaging machine unit.

Unlike the used sachet packing machine for sale in the market, our machine is fully customized to the user’s sachet size and required production capacity. Generally, each lane could produce 25 ~ 40 cuts per minute according to the material features and filling weight. The film pulling and splitting system shall be designed according to how many lanes the users require. We could manufacture max. 10-lane sachet packing machine which could perform a high production capacity of around 250 ~ 300 sachets per minute. The machine unit could connect with the sachet arranging grouping system and automatic boxing system to realize the whole production line packaging.
