The model ML-YB multi-lane liquid sachet packaging machine unit is a typical high-speed center-seal stick sachet packaging solution to fill the liquid or semi-liquid products into the back-seal sticks or sachets. Combined with a rotary elevating pump, the machine unit could realize the functions of automatic material elevating, material dosing, film pulling, date printing, film splitting, sachet forming, material filling, sachet sealing, and finished sachets output. This liquid center-seal sachet packaging equipment is suitable for liquid or semi-liquid products like water, oil, sauce, shampoo, hair wash, mouthwash, medical products, health drinks, daily care products, etc.

This center-seal sachet packaging machine solution is fully customized to the client’s specific requirements. It could design a maximum of 10 lanes for production and each lane could perform s stable running speed of 25 – 40 cuts per minute as per sachet patterns and material features. There are different kinds of sealing and cutting patterns for options: straight cut, zigzag cut, round corner cut, connected cut, strip seal, and diamond seal. Each filling tunnel shall adopt the piston-type pump doser independently with high measuring accuracy. This multi-track liquid packaging machine could support the users to improve production efficiency and save labor costs effectively with stable performance.

This liquid sachet packaging solution is composed of a set of piston-type pump dosing systems and a multi-lane sachet vertical form fill seal system. The whole machine frame and the material contacting parts are made of SS304 stainless steel which meets food sanitary production needs well. The machine stands are equipped the universal wheels for easy movement adjustment. The wires and air tubes are arranged and grouped well for easy maintenance and better appearance. The transparent Lexon board safety door system allows the user to check the mechanical movement inside the machine.

The liquid dosing filling system adopts cylinder control and drives with high accuracy and fast speed. The touch screen and PLC control use the Germany Siemens brand, the temperature control and the relay use the Japan Omron brand, and the gear adopts the Germany IBC brand with a longer shelf time. The standard HMI interface shall input the CH / EN double language interface and customized operation language could be customized. The user could choose the rotary pump or the gear pump to realize the automatic elevating process.

Unlike the used sachet packing machine for sale in the market, this liquid sachet packing machine is fully customized to the user’s sachet size and required production capacity. Generally, each lane could produce 25 ~ 35 cuts per minute according to the liquid features and filling volume. The film pulling and splitting system shall be designed according to how many lanes the users require. We could manufacture max. 10-lane sachet packing machine which could perform a high production capacity of around 250 ~ 350 sachets per minute. The machine unit could connect with the sachet arranging grouping system and automatic boxing system to realize the whole production line packaging.
