The model SP8-240G automatic granule rotary packaging machine unit is designed for packing regular or irregular granule products into the pre-made flat/doy pouch with or without ziplock. It shall realize the function of automatic pouch feeding, date printing, (ziplock opening), pouch opening, material dosing filling, bag mouth cleaning, heat-sealing, cold-sealing, and the finished pouches taking-off. The pouch feeding part could be customized with a traditional bottom fetching style or horizontal conveyor feeding style according to the user’s requirement. Presently, this granule packaging machine unit is widely applied in seeds, grains, snack food, frozen food, tea leaves, dried fruits, nuts, etc markets with stable running performance.

This automatic rotary packing machine unit is composed of the Z-type bucket elevator, multi-head weighing filling machine, and the 8-station rotary packaging machine. It could be applied to pack 100 ~ 1500g granule materials according to the product features. Each working station has unique features and different functions could be customized according to the materials as well as the the pouch patterns that the users need to pack. The automatic weight checker, metal detector, and rejecting system could be connected to double-check the output pouches for food factories.
