Model FB-100 automatic center-seal powder sachet packing machine unit is an economical standard packaging equipment for producing small pillow sachets or back seal bags. The Mitsubishi PLC control system is used and the film-pulling system is driven by the Panasonic Servo Motor. The standard HMI interface shall input EN/CH double language for operation. Each heat-sealing bar has an independent temperature controller to adjust the sealing temperature easily according to the film features and working environment. It shall stop automatically if there is no sealing which could avoid the waste of film and save production costs. The whole machine frame and the material contacting parts are made of food-level stainless steel to meet GMP food production requirements.

The whole powder sachet bag packing machine unit adopts an integrated design style with both an auger dosing filling system and a sachet forming sealing system in a whole machine unit. It could greatly facilitate the client to charge the electricity and run directly when the machine arrives at the plant. However, if the user is for the first time to install the machine and without any knowledge of packaging machines, we shall arrange for our engineer to travel to the factory plant to make the installation and training work for the user. It depends on the user’s choice to conduct the work.
