The Mitsubishi PLC control system is used and the film-pulling system is driven by the Panasonic Servo Motor. Each heat-sealing bar has an independent temperature controller to adjust the sealing temperature easily according to the film features. The HMI interface shall pre-input CH/EN language for convenient operation. The machine shall stop automatically if there is no sealing which could avoid the waste of film and save production costs. The whole machine frame and the material contacting parts are made of food-level stainless steel to meet GMP food production requirements.
