Typical Features of Center-Seal Granule Sachet Packing Machine
This granule sachet packing machine unit could realize the function of automatic granule dosing, sachet forming, material feeding, heat sealing, and cutting. The center-seal sachet cutting style and sealing style could be customized according to the client’s requirements. And the ribbon-type date printer system could be equipped to realize the printing function of MFD, EXP, and LOT information. The sachet forming collar shall be exactly customized to the sachet or stick size. Generally, this granule sachet packing machine could produce around 40 back seal sachet per minute. When a customized cutting style like a round corner is required, the speed shall be a little slower.
This granule sachet packing machine unit adopts a high-standard configuration with stable performance. The Mitsubishi PLC control system is used and the film-pulling system is driven by the Panasonic Servo Motor. Each heat-sealing bar has an independent temperature controller to adjust the sealing temperature easily according to the film features. And this granule sachet packing machine shall stop automatically if there is no sealing which could avoid the waste of film and save production costs. The whole machine frame and the material contacting parts are made of food-level stainless steel to meet GMP food production requirements.
The whole sachet packing machine unit adopts an integrated design style with both a cup dosing filling system and a sachet forming sealing system in a whole machine unit. It could greatly facilitate the client to charge the electricity and run directly when the machine arrived at the plant.
