ATB-DC45 Automatic Drip Coffee Bag Packing Machine Unit

The ATB-DC45 automatic drip coffee machinery equipment is an advanced integrated machine model to produce foil-wrapped drip coffee bags. The whole machine unit adopts an HFFS design style with both the inner bag packaging system and the outer sachet packaging system on a whole machine unit to save installation space and facilitate the operation. It adopts a high standard configuration with Siemens PLC control and HMI display intelligently. This drip coffee bag packaging machine could perform a stable production speed of 40 ~ 45 sachets per minute to support the users improving the production efficiency and saving labor costs. Presently, this machine unit is widely applied to pack ground coffee products with excellent performance.

The ATB-DC45 drip coffee machinery unit adopts 3-side ultrasonic cutting and sealing technology which could produce neat and beautiful drip coffee bags. Meanwhile, it could also cut a U-type easy tear notch on the outer sachet. By changing the packaging films, this drip coffee bag packing machine can produce flat coffee bags with thread and labels easily. The machine unit is widely applied in the ground coffee packaging market to support improving production efficiency.

This machine unit adopts Siemens PLC control with an intelligent Siemens HMI for easy operation. The whole machine frame and the material contacting parts all adopt food-level stainless steel which complies with the food sanitary standards. And the core components of the equipment are internationally famous brands like SMC, Schneider, and Omron which have strong substitutability and are easy to find in the local market. An automatic vacuum elevator system shall be provided as optional, we would design the connection with a material-level sensor system to ensure continuous production for the client.

The nitrogen Gas input device is reserved on the machine unit, and the client could choose to input Nitrogen or not freely according to the production requirements. All the machine frame and material contacting parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The safety door is made of Lexan Transparent board to ensure the client checks the machine running state clearly. The machine has high production efficiency with a speed of up to 2600 bags per hour (2400 bags per hour when input Nitrogen Gas).

This coffee packaging machine could be customized to produce 4 types of outer sachet sizes according to the users’ production needs. The user needs to confirm the exact production size before machine manufacturing. Then we shall follow the required outer sachet size to make the sachet-forming system.
