ATB-DC55 Automatic Premium Drip Coffee Bag Packing Machine Unit

The ATB-DC55 automatic drip coffee bag packing machine unit is a premium high-speed machine model for producing foil-enveloped drip coffee bags. This coffee bag packing machine adopts an integrated design style with both the inner bag system and outer sachet system in a whole machine unit to ensure small installation space occupation. The advanced design style ensures that the machine can perform a stable running speed of 50 ~ 55 sachet per minute for standard ground coffee products. It could support the users to improve the production capacity and save labor costs efficiently. This machine model is suitable for ground coffee or related product packaging.

The ATB-DC55 coffee bag packing machine unit adopts 3-side ultrasonic cutting and sealing technology which could produce neat and beautiful drip coffee bags. Meanwhile, it could also cut a U-type easy tear notch on the outer sachet. By changing the packaging films, this drip coffee bag packing machine can produce flat coffee bags with thread and labels easily. The machine unit is widely applied in the ground coffee packaging market to support improving production efficiency.

This machine unit adopts Fuji PLC control with an intelligent Fuji HMI for easy operation. The whole machine frame and the material contacting parts all adopt food-level stainless steel which complies with the food sanitary standards. And the core components of the equipment are internationally famous brands like SMC, Schneider, and Omron which have strong substitutability and are easy to find in the local market. An automatic vacuum elevator system shall be provided as optional, we would design the connection with a material-level sensor system to ensure continuous production for the client.

The nitrogen Gas input device is reserved on the machine unit, and the client could choose to input Nitrogen or not freely according to the production requirements. All the machine frame and material contacting parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The safety door is made of Lexan Transparent board to ensure the client checks the machine running state clearly. The machine has high production efficiency with a speed of up to 3360 bags per hour (3000 bags per hour when inputting Nitrogen Gas).
