It could produce a beautiful inner pyramid tea bag and a 3-side seal outer sachet with an easy tear notch. The automatic quantitative 6-tunnel measurement can easily change the filling amount during production. The vertical outer sachet form-fill-seal system is connected with the inner tea bag charter, then the inner teabag shall be wrapped in the outer sachet automatically. The integrated design style could save more installation space.
This pyramid tea bag packing machine uses Fuji PLC control and an HMI touchscreen display to ensure more stable performance and a more simple and human-friendly operation. The Internationally famous brand of pneumatic and electrical parts like SMC and Schneider is adopted to extend the service life of the machine.
