MODEL ATB-DC45

The ATB-DC45 automatic drip coffee packaging machine is an advanced integrated machine model to produce foil-wrapped drip coffee bags. The whole machine unit adopts an HFFS design style with both the inner bag packaging system and the outer sachet packaging system on a whole machine unit to save installation space and facilitate the operation. It adopts a high standard configuration with Siemens PLC control and HMI display intelligently. This drip coffee bag packaging machine could perform a stable production speed of 40 ~ 45 sachets per minute to support the users to improve production efficiency and save labor costs. This machine unit is widely applied to pack ground coffee products with excellent performance.

This drip coffee bag packing machine unit is upgraded compared to the ATB-DC35 machine unit. It uses the horizontal packaging pattern with a robot hand to grasp the inner coffee bag and fill it into the outer sachet. This type of design is more flexible and could produce different kinds of outer sachet sizes according to the direction in which the inner bag is filled. This packaging solution is suitable for factories doing OEM production for other clients with different printing and sachet size requirements. Except for producing the coffee bag with hanging ears, it could also produce the rectangular-shaped coffee bag with thread and label.

• The drip coffee machinery unit adopts 3-side ultrasonic cutting and sealing technology which could produce neat and beautiful coffee bags. Meanwhile, it could also cut a U-type easy tear notch on the outer sachet. By changing the packaging films, this drip coffee bag packing machine can produce flat coffee bags with thread and labels easily. The machine unit is widely applied in the ground coffee packaging market to support improving production efficiency;
• This machine unit adopts Siemens PLC control with an intelligent Siemens HMI for easy operation. The whole machine frame and the material contacting parts all adopt food-level stainless steel which complies with the food sanitary standards. And the core components of the equipment are internationally famous brands like SMC, Schneider, and Omron which have strong substitutability and are easy to find in the local market. An automatic vacuum elevator system shall be provided as optional, we would design the connection with a material-level sensor system to ensure continuous production for the client;
• The nitrogen Gas input device is reserved on the machine unit, and the client could choose to input Nitrogen or not freely according to the production requirements. All the machine frame and material contacting parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The safety door is made of Lexan Transparent board to ensure the client checks the machine’s running state. The machine has high production efficiency with a speed of up to 2600 bags per hour (2400 bags per hour when input Nitrogen Gas).
