This premium Lipton teabag packing machine unit can produce 50 x 62.5 mm filter teabag with thread and tag. The inner filter paper film could use 125 mm width or 140 mm heat-seal type filter film. The outer standard paper envelope sachet size is 65 x 70 mm. The required packaging materials for this machine model are filter paper film, cotton thread, paper tag, and outer paper film coils. There is a glue-seal tag system and heat-seal tag system for the user to choose from according to the production needs. It is widely applied to pack 20 ~ 60 meshes of broken tea leaves products or granule tea products like CTC black tea, broken green tea, healthy tea, medical tea, etc.
