The ATB-S110N automatic wrapped tea bag packing machine unit is mostly used in pharmaceuticals, health care, food, and other industries. It can pack 20 meshes to 60 meshes or bulk non-viscidity granular materials, such as CTC black tea, green broken tea, and herbals into the bag. This tea bag packing machine unit could realize the function of automatic quantitative material dosing, film pulling, cotton thread and tag feeding, heat sealing, outer envelope wrapping, and counting output. The automatic envelope bag counting and jump-out function could ensure the labor to pack the sachet into the box easily with only one operator.
This teabag packing machine unit adopts a standard design for fixed tea bag sizes. It shall pack the filter teabag with/without thread and tags into the envelope sachet automatically. The whole machine frame is made of painted carbon steel and the material contacting parts is made of food-level stainless steel to meet CE and GMP requirements. The compact design ensures low spare parts and maintenance costs. The automatic counting and jump-out function shall count 10 bags as a group for the manual to grasp into the box.
This machine could also connect with the automatic vacuum elevator system with the material level sensor to elevate the material easily. The glue seal tag system could also be customized to design into a heat-seal tag system according to each user’s production needs. The hopper stirring system shall also be a good option if the tea product does not have good flowing features. The Lexan transparent safety door system can be ordered separately also.

This teabag packing machine shall produce 50 x 62.5 mm filter teabag with thread and tag. The inner film paper film width is 125mm heat-seal type filter paper film. The outer standard paper envelope sachet size is 65 x 70 mm. The outer sachet film width is pure 65 mm paper film with one side smooth and another size rough. The required packaging materials for this machine model are filter paper film, cotton thread, paper tag, and outer paper film coils.
