The ATB-S130N automatic wrapped teabag packing machine unit adopts an electromechanical integration design style which is compact in size and takes less installation space. This teabag packing machine unit is mostly used in pharmaceuticals, health care, food, and other industries. It can pack 20 meshes to 60 meshes or bulk non-viscidity granular materials, such as CTC black tea, green broken tea, and herbals into the bag. This machine model shall pack standard paper enveloped teabag size (Inner Bag: 50 x 62.5 mm; Outer Bag: 65 x 70 mm).
Compared with the standard machine model ATB-S110N, this tea bag packing machine adopts intelligent PLC control and HMI display with the advanced function of jammed/empty teabag detection, shortage of film detection, shortage of tag and thread detection, etc. The automatic failure shutdown system is also applied to ensure safe production. The whole machine frame is made of silver-coated carbon steel with good strength, and the material contact parts are made of food-level stainless steel to meet CE and GMP requirements. The automatic counting and jump-out system could count 10 bags as a group for the operator to repack them into a box easily.
This tea bag packing machine could also connect with the automatic vacuum elevator system with the material level sensor to elevate the material easily. The glue seal tag system could also be customized to design into a heat-seal tag system according to each user’s production needs. The hopper stirring system shall also be a good option if the tea product does not have good flowing features. The Lexan transparent safety door system can be ordered separately also.
Standard Inner and Outer Teabag Size Design
This teabag packing machine shall produce 50 x 62.5 mm filter teabag with thread and tag. The inner filter paper film could use 125 mm width or 140 mm heat-seal type filter film. The outer standard paper envelope sachet size is 65 x 70 mm. The required packaging materials for this machine model are filter paper film, cotton thread, paper tag, and outer paper film coils. There is a glue-seal tag system and heat-seal tag system for the user to choose from according to the production needs.
