This pyramid teabag packaging machine adopts a vertical design style that is compact and easy to install. Both the inner teabag and outer sachet sizes are customized to the volume of the tea products that the user needs to pack. It is mostly used to produce the pyramid-shaped inner teabag with an outer foil sachet function. It could also be used to produce pure inner teabags for stocking. The Z-Type bucket elevator could be equipped when the user packs single or pre-mixed tea products. The tunnel quantities could be customized to customized when the user needs to produce formula tea products. This teabag machine could dose a maximum of 4 kinds of formula tea products.

The vertical outer sachet form-fill-seal system is connected with the inner tea bag charter, then the inner teabag shall be wrapped in the outer sachet automatically.
